The
Hard Rock Rocksino has been named the Ohio Lottery
Retailer-of-the-Week for the week of April 20, 2015.
The Hard Rock Rocksino promotes Ohio Lottery games throughout the property, directing Rocksino guests to the cage or lounge to purchase and cash Ohio Lottery instant and draw game tickets. As a VLT retailer, the Hard Rock Rocksino provides the widest array of Lottery games possible.
“Everyone I deal with works hard to promote Lottery and help players any way they can,” says Lottery sales representative Gary Lawton about the Rocksino employees.
Kyle Wentz, Director of Compliance for the Hard Rock Rocksino, encourages employees to learn as much as possible about each Lottery game and support it.
“Understand that every new customer could also be a future customer going forward,” says Wentz.
Wentz describes the Hard Rock Rocksino’s Lottery business this way: “(we) create authentic experiences that rock.”
The Hard Rock Rocksino will be recognized on
Cash Explosion®, the Ohio Lottery’s TV game show, on April 25. Cuyahoga County residents can tune into Cash Explosion® on WEWS TV 5 in Cleveland. The Cash Explosion show is carried on 13 stations across the state every Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
