Two Wins on Fastest Road to $1 Million

CLEVELAND - Two Ohio Lottery players scratched their way to $10,000 prizes on the newest $30 scratch off Fastest Road to $1 Million.
Natasha Dodridge of Minford won $10,000. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, Natasha will receive $7,200.
Rudolph Toth of Elyria won $10,000 on Fastest Road to $1 Million. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 28 percent, Rudolph will also receive $7,200.
