$100 Million Money Explosion Prize Claimed in Trust

CLEVELAND - The winner of a top prize on the $100 Million Money Explosion scratch off ticket has claimed in trust. The $2.5 million was claimed by the "Relief Blind Trust", J. Paul Fidler, Trustee.

The Relief Blind Trust chose the cash option. After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, the Trust receives $1,800,000.
